CURRENT ENERGIES & SELF CARE
We’re in a time right now, when we have one foot in 3-D and one foot in 5-D. We are shifting and changing, we’re manifesting things more quickly than ever, our thoughts are hugely potentiated. And the Schumann resonance has been over the top high for the last 7 days, bombarding us with higher vibrating energy that we’re running to catch up with.
An enormous amount is shifting and changing on both personal and collective levels. It’s unsettling, it’s necessary, and we need to be grounded and keep all of our energy centers clear and running optimally. This is why the High Heart came forth so prominently in my meditation yesterday. It’s opening quickly and it needs our attention. And it also calls our attention to the need to care deeply and consistently for all of our other energy centers/chakras.
We are on a very positive trajectory at the moment, and at the same time we will manifest Miracles that seemed to have a veneer of negativity in order to get our attention onto big issues and small details that need changing.
This is no time to slack off on your Sacred Self Care, if anything it’s a time to amplify and increase it. Love yourself, be kind to yourself and others. Change is stressful… even the good kind.
And just to remind you, we are hurtling toward the Tipping Point of Consciousness, and every one of us is helping us to get there.
