What exactly do you keep reliving over and over and over on an inner level that just makes you feel miserable or bad about yourself, or guilty, or ashamed?
It’s not enough for me to tell you to “just stop it”.
What’s necessary is to actually tune into your radiant inner self, and a very precious part of you called your Inner Child.
She’s the one who is100% lovable at all times….and yet she carries guilt, shame, bad feelings about the past. Let’s help relieve her of those, shall we?
The only thing that’s necessary is to reassure her that she is loved, that everyone has memories that they don’t feel good about, and that she is capable of letting go of those memories, and replacing them with memories that she feels wonderful about.
So right now, take your pick.
Which wonderful memory do you want to put in place that replaces the painful memory?
Take a moment and tune in to that wonderful memory… and let yourself experience how it fills you up so much, that there’s no space, no room for the painful memory to remain.
Take a moment and really let that sink in.
Now go ahead and practice this every single time that a painful memory comes up.
Claim your freedom to do this. It’s up to you. You do get to choose how to feel in any given moment, so don’t sit there and suffer. Step into your power.
