INGREDIENTS
- 28 oz Cento crushed tomatoes
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 12+ oz frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 chopped med onion,
- 1.5 c chopped celery,
- 1 c chopped carrots
- 2 15 oz cans Cannellini beans, drained
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 t Garlic powder
- 1t each Dried Basil & Dried Oregano
- 2 pinches ground Thyme
- S&P
- 4 cups water…more if needed
All in the Instant Pot. Stir/Mix well
Time: Set for 16 minutes.
Quick Release.
**Or stovetop for an hour in a big pot.
Bring to a boil, turn down to medium, let simmer partially covered.
