I have a history of over thirty five years of working with incredible women who start off having a hard time believing in themselves and their amazingness. They don’t stay in that place for long. First they describe the pain of the present, and we shine the light on how the pain of the past is connected…yes, we all have it. Then they develop a need to understand what happened and how it affected them and how they still carry it. Only then can they begin to release it and step into a different personal reality, on that holds the promise of their dreams.
My clients are amazing women who realize that old patterns are getting in their way, and “IT” isn’t working!
“IT” might be their significant relationship, or their career, or their health, or their finances, or, or, or…it could be any important are of life where they know they’re missing the mark. The first thing I offer them is hope: the hope that things can be different, better, more satisfying. And we go from there.
With me they learn very quickly that we will dive deep, we will take this journey together, and that feelings won’t kill them…but that not feeling those same feelings will continue to limit their joy and their successes.
Then they begin to discover the precious gems, jewels and treasures they are uncovering in themselves….
