I hope you are well and happy. I’m happy to be back in touch with you. It’s been a while, but I was on a mountain in North Carolina for a month. So relaxing, peaceful and beautiful.
This email is more about me, and why we might want to connect.
I do fantastically brilliant work with empaths, in all the aspects, all the facets, all the habits and all the patterns. My clients make incredible progress. They really heal. They change. They become so much more of who they actually are.
And just so you know, I’m no perfect specimen of anything.
I’m overweight.
I sometimes don’t keep promises to myself.
I really am honest to a fault… even annoyingly so.
I’m faithful.
I have “to do” lists that don’t all get done.
I sometimes forget things.
I can get pissy, but it doesn’t last too long. And it isn’t over the top.
And I’m always striving… not compulsively, but lovingly striving to be the best version of me that I can be.
All this is by way of telling you that I’m not perfect. And I sure as hell don’t expect you to be.
We’re talking about putting some effort into the things that we can change, and accepting the things we can’t change. You know that old adage, which I won’t repeat.
I just want you to know that I’m not offering to coach you from some ivory tower, or from some illusion of a paragon of perfection.
No, just me being human.
And I’m very well trained, and have over 45 years of practice coaching women just like you to truly change things in their lives for the better. And, most importantly, for change that lasts.
