MY GUIDES TOLD ME…LIVE IN YOUR BODY!! NOW!!!
My guides told me over a decade ago, there will be no more spiritual awakening, advancement, ascension until you take body along for the ride, until you truly live in your body. I am still working with that advice myself.
Ascension requires living in your body. Otherwise you could have stayed where you were…as a disembodied spirit.
Everybody who’s talking about ascension is concurrently talking about embodiment. That’s the challenge, my darling empaths.
I feel the challenge, and I know you do too.
I know you love living above your head in the ethers and the energies, but as my guides told me you’re not gonna move forward & higher without doing it from within your body. To be fair, we are swimming upstream against the cultural flow, since we are encouraged to live ‘from the eyebrows up’ in our society.
All of your gifts are experienced from within the body, all of your knowings, all of your imaginings, all of your emotions, all of your energy… all experienced from within the body.
So if you refuse to live in the body because you think you don’t belong here, then you’re cutting off a huge supply of your gifts, your talents, your emotions, your energies, and your experiences.
Discussion the other day on Facebook about the current energies. I experience them right now as time moving very very slowly, and I am more tired than usual, sleeping longer too. And I woke up with uncomfortably congested sinuses on the right side of my head and face today and my neck has been stiff on the right side.

“Yesterday was so strange. Definitely a slowdown of time. Woke up feeling anxious and my mind racing, anticipating a shoe ready to drop. Takes effort to work.”
“Maybe the opposite, but high anxiety and extreme exhaustion–as if I am on a huge deadline and working 10x more than I actually am. I was almost delirious yesterday from exhaustion, but I’ve been sleeping fairly well and not taxing myself more than usual.”
“Low grade, in the background anxiety and almost on the edge of dizziness.”
” I’m eerily detached and so uncomfortable in my body energetically. Feeling all the frequencies around me more than ever, feeling frequencies moving through me that don’t feel like me (yet) and feeling like I’m hanging on the edge of the cliff…dangling, waiting to drop into the next experience… I just keep grounding and centering and finding shortly after I have to do it all again and again.”
“Hmm… I thought I had just run out of steam. I have been in a Let Go Mode as I often go through just before Easter. Rest, Relax, Restore And Breath in Love, Light and Wisdom as Life moves on slowly with Peace, Purpose and Love.”
Issues we are ready to finish are being pushed forward and up for release. Expansion is occurring to support a massive up-level in energetic vibration. Many have not been fully living IN body so this has become a challenge.
I know you love living above your head in the ethers and the energies, but as my guides told me, you’re not gonna move forward & higher without doing it from within your body.
Here are some helpful practices for living more fully in your body:
- Breathing in/out through the nose, expanding/contracting brings you into the body easily and quickly and often. Use your breath, feel the expansion and contraction of your lungs, belly…
- Imagine your awareness as a soccerball above your head…because that’s where all your energy usually is… thinking thinking thinking… in the mind in the mind… and feel that ball DROP down BOOM! into your pelvis, your center of gravity.
- Chakra clearing and balancing processes to open the energy channels of the body for more ease and flow.
- Activity, exercise, with the safety net of being present in your body as you engage physically. Having energy floating above your head while physically active throws off your center of gravity and your ability move naturally and safely.
- A longtime favorite of mine…body stream of consciousness. Tune in to your body and make statements out loud, for example: “Now I am aware of licking my lips”, “Now I’m aware of my hair on my forehead”, “Now I’m aware of my butt in the chair”, “Now I’m aware of my shoes on my feet”, “Now I’m aware of my shoulders hunched up”. Stay with this for as long as you wish, and keep bringing your attention back when it wanders.
We are all in this together and we will all get there together. Support one another, love one another and be kind.
