Today Facebook approved the name change of my business page from Everyday Joy Coaching to Spiral Path Healing with Janice Master, The Shaman Mama
The reason I made this change and feel SO good about it, is that it is important to me to keep up with the evolving changes in my vibration, my focus, my intentions, my authenticity, and bring those changes into my life. Doing that requires letting go of what held that space until the changes in me occurred.
I have done this with a marriage, friendships, the colors I wear, my work, and countless other things. I read a quote the other day that said that it is our birthright and our obligation to re-invent ourselves.
I know for sure that this applies to healing heartbreak and grief, and finding new ways to experience joy, and to thrive and flourish.
What are the positive signs of your re-invention of yourself? Please Comment below. Thank you for being here and reading this.

The best signs that I am re-inventing myself, or at least my most favorite signs, are physical changes. A few years back, letting go of old beliefs about my mother (through forgiveness meditations) resulted in a shift so big my chiropractor stepped back, stunned, and exclaimed “What did you do? This isn’t the same body!” I’ve not needed his services since.
Most recently, I faced some things about myself that I’ve always considered deep flaws in my character, and decided to just flat out love and celebrate these things as part of who I am, to respect them as Divinity unfolding through me, at this point in my journey. Seventeen pounds fell from my body within two weeks, and my weight continues to drop rapidly back toward healthy. Even better, my feet, which have longed to dance like they used to, cannot stop dancing now. Any residual body pain, like achy joints that didn’t quite completely clear with the mama forgiveness, dropped away as well. I jump from bed like I did at 20, and run my 49 year old body down the stairs, loving feeling sooooo good. Oh, and those character “flaws”, well, they seem to have dissolved by about half, as well.
Releasing and re-invention are such a joyous process when they become a part of your daily life. If you don’t have a spiritual practice that includes this, I know Janice can help you, and you would be in safe hands! Be well, be happy, be re-invented!

Dawn-Marie, this is a powerful and stunning story you tell! I’m so glad you shared it here with us.
I sort of gasp out loud at your first paragraph since I had an almost identical experience upon ending my marriage 31 years ago. My chiropractor had a similar reaction to the disappearance of my agonizing sciatica as soon as I took action, forgave and ended it. !! Woo and Hoo!! And I never ever experienced it again since.
And the way you describe ‘paradoxing’ yourself by loving and celebrating those things that had been views as ‘flaws’ is so wonderful. What an amazing energetic healing you triggered by changing the vibrational pattern, dropping the judgment and oh my goodness…the DANCING!! You got me there! I love dancing too and am uplifted by it like nothing else!! Happy feet make a happy heart!! 🙂
You’ve got me smiling big time…and so thrilled for you.
And I appreciate your generous support of my work!!
And we will.. be happy, be well, be re-invented.
Thank you!! Love, Jan xo
