Hello my dear Empaths,
It’s been a while since I last reached out to you, but I wanted to wait until I had some clarity on key issues that I believe will resonate with you and support you in your journey.
Today, I want to talk about something close to my heart—a program I’ve developed for women I’ve affectionately termed “INDY Women.” These are women who, regardless of their age or circumstances, all share a common thread: a resounding feeling of “I’m Not Done Yet!”
We all reach a point, especially after navigating through challenging times, where we find ourselves at what I like to call “the resting place.” It’s a moment of integration where we come to accept the limitations and gifts that have emerged from our personal challenges.
This acceptance isn’t always immediate; sometimes, it sneaks up on us subtly. We may think we’ve made peace with the changes brought about by our challenges, only to find pockets of resistance or even anger bubbling beneath the surface.
I’ve experienced this firsthand over the past couple of years. There are activities in my life that I once did effortlessly—everyday walks, hikes in the mountains, leisurely bike rides—that I can no longer do in the same way. These were once cherished routines that I took for granted.
Perhaps you can relate. Maybe your own challenges have altered the landscape of your life, leaving you grappling with a mix of emotions—wondering “Why me?” while simultaneously feeling grateful for the unexpected transformations.
But here’s the beautiful revelation: despite the changes, despite the challenges, we are not done yet. There’s a realization that dawns upon us: “Hey, I’m not done yet!” It’s a recognition that our focus may now shift to different activities, abilities, and experiences, but the essence of who we are remains vibrant and alive.
So, if you haven’t already, I invite you to bring this realization into your consciousness. Let it simmer there, gently nudging you towards a new way of embracing life. Because what we’re talking about here is a precious opportunity—a chance to reclaim your life in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more about this journey and unveiling a program specifically tailored for the incredible INDY Women who are preparing for whatever comes next.
I’m eager to hear from you—how does this message resonate with you? What thoughts and feelings does it evoke? What new possibilities does it inspire within you?
Know that as you navigate through life’s twists and turns, you are cherished and respected. Your resilience, your strength, your capacity to adapt and grow—all of it is celebrated within this community.
Thank you for being here. Please, share your thoughts and feelings with me by replying to this email. Your voice matters, and I am here to listen.
Sending you a warm embrace and an abundance of love and respect.
As always, I hope you sparkle!
