All of the processes that I have been given and use in my work have come out of my healing work with myself and my soul and my healing path…gifted by Spirit. Sort if felt like no choice. Landed in my lap.
But I had a very strong message come up for me the other day when I was with an acquaintance who felt that she had no choice but to channel her guides who were insisting that they come through, even though she was very uncomfortable allowing them to come through at that particular moment and in the particular setting she was in. Watching her succumb to what she believed were strong-arm tactics by her guides led me to say a very loud resounding strong NO!! when they asked if I would allow them to come through me to help her. Truthfully they felt like bullies to me… and their energy when she did let them come through was not anything that felt good to me.
We are always at choice …..and sometimes we have patterning from early life or past lives that lead us to believe that spiritually we don’t have a choice, like my acquaintance… but we do. Only always. Empower yourself, check in with your soul, check in with your intuition, and allow yourself to say a very clear YES or NO, depending on what feels right for you at that moment.
You have intuition for very good reason, it is your inner GPS and deserves your attention and for you to heed its guidance. Don’t give in to ego, that would have you people pleasing, seeking approval and safety. Do the right thing for yourself even when you have to step out of your comfort zone to do it.
