By now, we are all aware of the outcome of the election in the United States. For most of us, it is not what we had hoped for… and that is an understatement.
I want to help you navigate the understandable sadness, and perhaps anger, that you may be feeling. I know about that awful sensation in the pit of your stomach, the anxiety, the tears, the uncertainty of what the future holds, and the fear that accompanies it all.
I am here to help you find balance. We are not expecting you to remain constantly positive in the face of all this disappointment and fear. What we are aiming for is to help you stay grounded and to cope by loving yourself through these emotions.
If you’re ready to accept some loving, experienced support during this time, please let me know.
With 45 years of experience helping clients navigate difficult situations, painful experiences, and powerful emotions that they often don’t know how to process, I’m here to assist you in finding your way.
You are not alone in this. Please reach out so I can support you.
I am offering you FREE membership in a Facebook group for Empaths who want to honor and respect their true nature, and live their lives with authentic power. In this group, you’ll find like-minded individuals, and I am very present in the community.
I also offer reduced fees for private coaching sessions, and a group coaching option will be available soon.
Don’t wait. Don’t try to navigate through this challenging time alone.
I know many of you are already thinking about how to participate in the resistance, offering your energy and strength to make a change. I stand with you. As someone who participated in the Resistance in the 1970s—marching and working for women’s rights, and against the war in Vietnam—I understand the importance of collective action.
You will hear the phrase, “These are the times you were made for.” You will be encouraged and supported to trust the guidance of your own soul to know what comes next.
I am here to help and support you. My dearest ones, we are all in this together, truly.
