Journaling will help to deepen the healing process and raise awareness of what’s under the surface of your day to day existence.
In this culture we are taught to bury heartbreak and grief underground, and carry on.
If you find yourself stuck when giving your best effort to achieve your life, work, relationship goals, chances are pretty good that you are blocked by unhealed heartbreak.
Any kind of loss breaks our heart to some degree and causes us to experience grief. Honor yourself and your heart by journalling to give voice to those parts of Self that have been buried. Don’t censor, just let it flow.
It’s a gift of love to your tender self.
