RESCUE YOUR INNER CHILD
It’s amazing how inner child healing work comes to the forefront in various stages of our lives.
No doubt you have already done this powerful healing work yourself and made contact with your own inner child.
But then she emerges again and calls your attention to her needs, her longing to be noticed, cared for and loved.
It might be when you have a health crisis.
It might be when you realize that you’re in a toxic relationship.
It might be when you figure out that you’ve been carrying a mountain of grief with you for decades.
Something big and usually dramatic gets your attention.
And you can’t figure out why you’re reacting so strongly and intensely.
You’re surprised at how freaked out you get.
Or how shut down.
You might be stunned by a flood of tears and ranting.
You might be scared by the fact that you’ve suddenly gone so silent and withdrawn.
What I want to do is help to normalize your reaction.
I want to help you to understand why it makes perfect sense at this particular juncture in your life.
And once you have the relief of “omg, yes, that makes sense” then we can move forward into the healing work.
I have helped so many women to retrieve that scared, traumatized part of self that holds so much preciousness… and frankly so much creativity, love & power.
All the wisdom and understanding you need is held within you. It’s been held in you until you were ready to access it…and that time is now.
The child is waiting for you to rescue her. She needs you to be her hero, just like in the fairy tales.
This is work that I am experienced and skilled in, and I bring an enormous amount of love to it.
And because as I always say, I never ask my clients to do anything I have not done…this is precious work I have done on my own deeply healing journey.
