For almost four decades I have nurtured a passion for helping sensitive, empathic women get unstuck, move through the limitations that are holding them back, and move into joyful living! I have helped countless women who were raised by a narcissistic parent to reframe their beliefs, release toxic patterns, and enjoy healthy relationships.
I have led countless spiritual entrepreneurs to evolve their business and share their gifts.
Following my own joy has led me to create this successful international business supporting women to free their Amazingness find their Magic.
My journey started as a pretty happy kid…but with a ‘nervous stomach’; by my early twenties I was married with a toddler and entering therapy for the first time to deal with panic attacks, depression, and my very first awakening experiences. Whew, what a ride those early years were!
I found my purpose and my path, and spent 22 years as a clinical psychotherapist in private practice before shifting to my current business as a Conscious Spiritual, Life & Business Guide for the past 15 years.
Yes, you read that right. I had a successful, established practice for 22 years, and then I shifted.

Here’s how it happened for me: When I gave up my psychotherapy state license many years ago, it wasn’t because I no longer wanted to practice psychotherapy—I loved helping and facilitating the healing process for people. It was because I was no longer willing to come up with a limiting clinical diagnosis. It was because I was no longer willing to argue and bargain with insurance companies. It was because I needed the freedom to use all the tools and all of the awareness I possessed to facilitate the healing process.
And it was the best thing I ever did for myself in my business…and for my clients.
It allowed me to bring all of me, and all of my gifts, to the women who come to me to feel better and live better.
I’m married now, to the love of my life, for almost 30 years. I have two grown children, two precious grandkids, and I’ve been living a wonderful, happy life in beautiful and diverse South Florida!
I’ve experienced my fair share of major life challenges, including depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, an unhappy first marriage leading to a painful divorce, health issues, family conflict, and more.
Out of all this, I developed a multi-dimensional approach to personal growth and spiritual evolution.
The emphasis of my work is on thriving, accessing JOY, and diving head-and-heart-first into the gifts of who you are, for true fulfillment.
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages, and multiple certifications and trainings in personal development, individual & family therapy, hypnosis, healing, metaphysics, etc.
