Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes

  • 2 c Rolled Oats
  • 2 c plant milk
  • 2 eggs…or equiv. egg substitute
  • 1t BP
  • 1t BS
  • 1 t vanilla

Blend For a minute in the VitaMix then pour into a bowl…and stir in: 2 c Frozen Wild Blueberries.

Drop by ¼ cup measure onto 300° sprayed griddle. Flip when 1st side is done, cook 2nd side… and if you wish, flip them back over to the 1st side again for 20-30 seconds.

Enjoy with your favorite topping. We love pure Maple syrup on ours.

*40-50 calories/pancake.
